||two|| Drink water as soon as you wake up: By drinking water minutes after rising your fueling your body to perform at its best all day long. The water gives your digestive system a kick start and you'll be feeling energized and ready to go.
||three|| Eat an energizing snack: Fresh fruit, veggies and cheese will leave you feeling so much better compared to that bag of Cheetos. Save yourself the exhaustion and skip the vending machine and opt for a healthier option. Your body will thank you later.
||four|| Watch your caffeine: I know it's hard for some people to even get going without a cup of coffee but after that initial boost of energy that coffee provides you're left feeling sluggish and fatigue afterwards. Opt out of coffee and go for some juice or flavored water. By moderating your caffeine intake, you'll be able to maintain your energy levels instead of the sudden bursts coffee and caffeine provide you with.
||five|| Turn off your technology & get to bed: by putting down the phone and getting bed a routine time you're allowing your body to get the amount of sleep it needs in order for you to feel energized tomorrow. Having trouble falling asleep? Try putting your cell phone & electronics away 30 minutes- an hour before lights out.
